Pricing, billing, refunds, cancellation, automatic renewal. Counsel to draft once subscription model is finalised in Phase E.

Prohibited conduct, content standards. Aligns with the editorial standards in the Contributor Agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
Platform IP, user-submitted content licensing, DMCA process.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
