This Privacy Policy explains how ArcheTelos ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Cornucopia LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company located at 1609 Capitol Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82001, collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your personal information when you use our website, streaming platform, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Email address, username, display name, password (hashed), profile information you provide, and any linked third-party authentication data.
  • Subscription and Payment Data: Billing information processed through our payment processor (currently Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers.
  • Usage and Content Data: Streams, videos, articles, comments, chat messages, superchats, and other User Content you create or interact with. When signed in, we record reading/watching time and progress for your library and creator analytics.
  • Technical and Log Data: IP address (temporarily for security), device type, browser information, access times, referring pages, and server logs.
  • Analytics Data:
    • Anonymous view events: Timestamp, surface (web/app), and content identifier only. No account ID, IP, device fingerprint, or cookies. Deleted after 90 days.
    • Account-linked usage: Time spent reading/watching tied to your Account for library features and aggregate creator metrics (never combined with anonymous records).
  • Communications: Support inquiries, newsletters, and transactional emails.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information to provide and improve the Service, process payments and payouts, administer accounts, moderate content, communicate with you, prevent fraud/abuse, generate aggregate analytics, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use only strictly necessary cookies for authentication sessions, theme preferences, and reading/viewing progress. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is displayed.

4. Analytics

Our analytics prioritize privacy: anonymous view records help understand content performance without identifying users. Signed-in usage data is limited and transparent.

5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We share data only as necessary with service providers (Stripe, Bunny Stream, Resend, Supabase, etc.), for legal compliance/safety, in business transfers, or with your consent. We do not sell personal information.

6. Data Retention

We retain data as long as needed for Service provision, legal obligations, and legitimate business purposes. Anonymous view records are deleted after 90 days.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to processing of your data (GDPR, CCPA, and equivalents). Contact us to exercise these rights. We will verify your identity before responding.

8. International Data Transfers

Data is primarily processed in the United States. Appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) are used for transfers from the EU/UK.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

10. Security

We implement reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Material changes will be notified by posting an updated Policy. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
