Contributor Agreement
Effective Date: July 14, 2026
This Contributor Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you ("Contributor," "you") and ArcheTelos ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Cornucopia LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. It governs your submission and publication of content on the ArcheTelos platform and supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By submitting any work for consideration or publication, you agree to this Agreement.
1. Editorial Standards
As a condition of publishing on ArcheTelos, every Contributor commits to the following standards. These apply to all formats and are enforced consistently.
ArcheTelos will not publish content that:
- Contains racial commentary, racial ranking, or supremacist framing.
- Promotes religious sectarianism or attacks on any faith tradition.
- Constitutes partisan electoral advocacy.
- Engages in comparative coverage that ranks European traditions against other heritages.
- Includes personal attacks, harassment, or grievance-oriented content.
- Makes unsourced or fabricated historical claims.
- Reads as recruitment material for any political movement.
Repeated violations will result in revocation of contributor status. Full editorial position is detailed on the About page and FAQ (incorporated by reference).
2. Contributor License Grant
You retain ownership of your work. By submitting content, you grant ArcheTelos a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to edit (for clarity, accuracy, and house style), reproduce, publish, archive, display, perform, distribute, and promote the work in connection with the Service. This license survives termination for already-published work as needed for archival and legal purposes.
3. Originality and Warranties
You warrant that your contributions are original, do not infringe third-party rights, comply with Editorial Standards, and that factual/historical claims are accurate and properly sourced.
4. Editing
We perform light editing for clarity, accuracy, and house style without materially altering your argument or voice (approval sought where feasible).
5. Compensation
You are compensated as a Creator under the ArcheTelos Terms of Service at a 70% share of net revenue attributable to your work (or as specified in your dashboard). You are an independent contractor responsible for your own taxes. No revenue guarantees are made.
6. Term and Termination
This Agreement continues until terminated by either party. We may terminate immediately for violations. Published work remains under the license granted; removal requests are considered subject to limits.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ArcheTelos against claims arising from your contributions, breaches of this Agreement, or violations of law/third-party rights.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
Governed by Wyoming law. Disputes are subject to the arbitration and other provisions in the Terms of Service §16.
9. Miscellaneous
This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and referenced documents, is the entire agreement. Severability and other standard clauses apply.
